From Exeter via Coast Road

From Exeter follow signs for Dawlish along A379. You drive into Dawlish for about 1 mile and across 2 pelican crossings. After the second one the main road soon turns sharp left down the hill. On the corner on the right is a former petrol station. Turn right here. Follow this street until you come out of the one way section. Here carry straight on past the Baptist Church on the fork in the road. 7 Park Road is on the next corner on your left.


From Exeter via M5, A38 and A380

After Exeter the M5 changes into a dual carriageway. Stay in the right lane and follow signs for A38 Plymouth (A380 Torquay). At Kennford stay in the left lane and follow A380 towards Torquay. Leave the dual carriage way at Ashcombe Cross and follow signs towards B3192 Teignmouth. After 3 miles take the second turn on the left towards Dawlish. After about 2 miles, at the bottom of the hill the road turns sharp left, follow this and take the second on the right into Dawlish. At the T-junction turn left, and the house is on the third corner on your right.

From Teignmouth

Take the coast road into Dawlish. At the bottom of the hill by the pedestrian crossing the road turns left, follow this over the next pedestrian crossing and up the hill again. Near the top just before the former petrol station on your left, turn left. Follow this street until you come out of the one way section. Here carry straight on past the Baptist Church on the fork in the road. 7 Park Road is on the next corner on your left.
